wdmitchem
Hi all, I am working on a project for an autocad class and have run into a snag. I have to fillet a box but the rounded edge is on the inside instead of being on the outside. I'm attaching a screen shot of a 2-d version and the 3-d I have so far. Any help is much appreciated. ReMark
That little detail I would have incorporated into my 2D profile prior to using Extrude or PressPull. Doing it after the fact can be accomplished by subtracting a cylinder at each corner or even by extruding an arc then slicing the corner off. wdmitchem
Thank you so much. I was so focused on using the fillet command, because that's how my professor wanted it done, I didn't even think to use a cylinder and subtract. JD Mather
Actually, that is extra work. Just presspull the circles (no need for cylinders and for subtract). Ask your professor to demonstrate how to get that feature with Fillet, then come back and show me how it is done.
