jcdewick Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 I am working on a project with several sheets. The viewport rotation (or angle) on each sheet is different. How can I find out the viewport rotation (or angle)? Quote
JBullseye74 Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 hi, i would do this by double clicking into the Viewport.. then type VIEW to bring up viewport manager, now next to ROLL ANGLE it should give you the rotation angle. Once your in the viewport you can also type VIEWTWIST.... this is probably quicker. Rgds Quote
jcdewick Posted January 12, 2012 Author Posted January 12, 2012 Thanks JBullseye. In LDDT 2005 the "VIEW" command sends me to the VIEW dialog window where I can click the DETAILS button to get the twist (in radians). VIEWTWIST works great and spits out the angle in degrees. Quote
jcdewick Posted January 12, 2012 Author Posted January 12, 2012 FYI radians to degrees is PI = 180. Radians = (Radians x 180/PI) Degrees Quote
