Need a quick-fix

I was sent an Adobe Illustrator file (.ai) that a customer wants me to cut for them. I need to open it and see what I can do with it. I don't even have a viewer for it (yet). I can't seem to import it directly into AutoCAD .. so .. can someone recommend a good converter that will take the .ai file and turn it into a basic .dxf file?

I tried to search, but, didn't see what I was looking for ..

Final option is to ask the customer to use their Adobe Illustrator and do a SaveAs to .dxf .. but, I would rather not have to do that.

I would download the trial software and save as dxf yourself.
