All of a sudden getting error messages

All of a sudden recently our office is starting to get a bunch of error messages on different drawings. Not all drawings. But different drawings on different projects. If we do a restore we can usually get the drawing back. If we audit and purge and resave things seem to be fine. Then the next day we have to restore dwg again.

Some of the errors are things like:

!layout.ccp@ccp134:epermanentlyerased

internal error dbdbi.cpp@44a6: epermanentlyerased

internal error dbdbi.cpp@1987: eduplicatekey

Sometimes restore doesn't work and we have to resort to backup drive. Thus losing a days worth of drawing. We can't figure out the problem. There is a patch on Autodesks site, but that didn't help.

It seems like the common denominator is there may be items within drawings in question from other sources. I.E. baseplans from interior designer, site base from civil eng., blocks from second source, etc... But this is just a preliminary though and not confirmed.

We have different versions of ACAD, ACAD LT, but all are legit copies. And have been working with these versions for some time now without any errors previously. Then all of a sudden the crap has hit the fan.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

At this point we have NOT tried to reinstall ACAD on all machines. Don't know if this will help.

Here is a similar issue as found in the knowledgebase. May or may not be related to the problem you're having. And another.

I would suggest installing all object enablers pertaining to the version of software that your vendors (int. designer, civil, etc.) are using first.
