Block with attributes - editing

I am a block with attributes newbie.

 

I have a block which provides me a lot of things:

1) dwg name & path:)

2) date stamp:)

3) latest author of changes

4)misc. title block information

 

I'm not sure how to modify this one. I'd like to delete the item #4 options. I'm not even sure if I can edit this as a block.

 

I'm really not sure what I have here.

I think we're going to need a little more information regarding what exactly it is that you need help with.

I have a block which does the following:

 

1) Date stamps the dwg when you print/plot 00/00/0000 time

2) Identifies the drawing w/ drawing name

3) Identifies user who edited the drawing

 

I'm not sure how to modify/edit this block. I'd like to add a directory path to the drawing name, if possible.

 

I know the block name, I can insert it into my drawings.

refedit qwill allow you to edit the block eatedit will allow you to edit the attributes that you have set up for the block, as far as getting the directory path into a field you can either set up an attribute and edit it manuelly.
