where do I put the DCL file in AUTOCAD 2012 MEP. I havn't had to instil this lisp in years.

You have to check the AutoLISP code to see how is hard-coded the path to the DCL file - look for a line that contains something like:

 

(load_dialog "C:\\AcadTools\\file.DCL")   ;(1)

or

(load_dialog "file.DCL")                  ;(2)

For first case you should replicate that path on your hard-drive. For second one you can place it in one of AutoCAD's support files search path (check in Options); I recommend you to create a custom folder and add that to support paths list instead of using a system one.
