The file that has been sent to me is one drawing ( rather than sep Xrefs ) and so I had to add my element onto the drawing via the Block Editor bit to get to the ceiling grid and light fittings. If I didn't do this ( on the proper drawing ) the whole drawing would be highlighted when you moved the mouse onto a line ( if thats clear? ). Anyway, I've added it all, saved the ammended file when closing the block editor and noticed that some info isn't showing in the `proper` drawing even though its on the same layer as other info that is showing. If I open the Block Editor it is still there. I can't upload it as the file is too big. Hope someone can help! Quote

thegodplato Posted May 21, 2012 Author Posted May 21, 2012 Yes, the text is an attribute and its on the same layer as other information ( a symbol we use containing text and a small circle ) that shows up. No, we don't have any layers off or frozen. Quote
ReMark Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Maybe the attribute was set to be Invisible. You could try using ATTDISP. This command turns on or off the visibility of all the attribute tags Quote
