Hello everyone. I searched here but didn't find a lisp that could adjust text size dynamically by clicking and dragging. Say adjust by height or by width.Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks

it has (grread) written all over it. :)

Wait a minute, whats wrong with using "scale" command?

Hi pBe.By that, If there were plenty of drawings, i can easily adjust height in the available space than to trial and error by scale command.

What's wrong with SCALE and subcommand REFERENCE?

Okay suppose we do what you want, Are the selected text objects share the same properties for height and width? Will the "new" values depend on their current values per object? say 1 text object has 1.5 height and the other as 2.25, as you "dynamically" change the value by a certain increment, for example 0.25, object one will be 1.75 and the other as .2.50? or will it inherent a reference text height/width for all?

Will it be easier to "watch" 1 text object changing dynamically then apply the result on the rest. The can be done with scale command with a mix of a lisp code that is.

What approach do you want us to use?

back again.Sorry i lacked explanation so i better send this example I have done already. I did naming by a lisp 'copy-edit' resulting to UNIFORM texts.I fitted/edited the names height ONE BY ONE to fit in their locations. So i thought the possibility of dynamic resizing to get the job done in no time. I have more province to do aside from this one. thanks

Whoa. That is not what i'm expecting to see at all. I'll see what i can do.

BTW: whats your idea of "dynamic resizing"?

Reminds me of this thread

Greetings.I thought of clicking the text then a handle appears for dragging to a/any direction. The size follows movement
