Nick@TE-Direct Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Hey guys- A co-worker of mine is having trouble with elevating his UCS and we can't seem to figure out why. Say he has a 3D cube which is 1X1X1. We have the view in isometric and we want to move the UCS to the upper left corner of the cube. We did UCS then new and tried to snap to the top left corner but UCS does not move. We did the same thing on mnie adn it does. Is there a group of settings for this?? Thanks Quote
papagyi Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 I think this case due to "dynamic ucs" .You will need on/off. Quote
Nick@TE-Direct Posted October 30, 2008 Author Posted October 30, 2008 what is the command for that and also is it in 2002? Quote
papagyi Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 "Ucsicon" enter "or" enter. Then you can use with ucs 3 point command to your hit. Quote
Nick@TE-Direct Posted October 30, 2008 Author Posted October 30, 2008 yea that is exactly what we used but the UCS won't move Quote
papagyi Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Pls use "ucs" face options instead of 3 points.Fri, Can you post sample file? Quote
Patrick Hughes Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 uscicon > origin forces the icon to appear at the origin Quote
