CandyFana Posted July 9, 2012 Author Posted July 9, 2012 I think what she is saying is when you save a dwg it has a frame around it she is trying to save a dwg with out the frame so it is just the drawing, if in photoshop you save a picture as a Jpeg it will have a solid back ground that will print unless you save it as a gif then its only what you have drawn with no back ground you can also save it as a PSD it also only saves the drawing with no back ground, how you would save a dwg to get this affect I have no clue if it can be done ? Do you know how i have to do that ? Quote
deres Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 The answer to your problem is coreldraw... it can import dwg files and export to ai or swf. If you don't have corel, send me your dwg's (2008 autocad or earlier) to convert them for you. Quote
CandyFana Posted July 9, 2012 Author Posted July 9, 2012 Thanks, i make a poging to see if wat you gave me .swf will work. If yes, i will sure try with corel draw an perhaps ask you some help; because i have several sort .dwg If it could work.. please.. lol Quote
CandyFana Posted July 9, 2012 Author Posted July 9, 2012 YES... YES.... Now with your test; i have to open in coral draw, to put the mesure line away, crop the drwaing so i only have the drawing and than save in swf ???? i love you... I will do some tests tomorrow; perhaps you can help me ? I post here a strange one, can you also convert it with coral draw ??? MLC-400.dwg Quote
deres Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 You don't have to crop in corel, you'll set all the parameters at the "export" dialog box, it's really easy.help_2.zip Quote
CandyFana Posted July 9, 2012 Author Posted July 9, 2012 SUPER I really love you.. I got so mush problems with that. I have never down and naturally, they dont tel me ANYTHING. I got link to download the .dwg alone. another link to planningWiz with text : i want you to put our machine there. And that is it; find a way how to.. So i just put away what i dont want to (name and mesure line) and than only in the save box ? The second one you did also ? Would you be so gentel to make me a copy of your parametersbox of just copy past from text ? thanks PS : wich version of coral draw do you use ? I still have one somewhere but perhaps it is better i upgrade for a newer one Quote
deres Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 (edited) If you are (as you said) familiar with photoshop and illustrator, you can export from corel to .ai and edit them with the programms that you feel comfortable working with. Unfortunatelly I can't help you with the scale issue... Here is a snapshot of the corel's export settings for swf edit: I use corel X5 (15) suite Edited July 9, 2012 by deres corel version Quote
CandyFana Posted July 9, 2012 Author Posted July 9, 2012 Fantastic.. realy thank you.. all seems to be perfect with your 2 tests. it is so simpel. But .dwg that are autocad files no ? This bird view is made with autocad i think no ?? I search all internet and ask, no one could tel me that coral draw coul translate .dwg to .swf.. hahahahahahahahahahaha next, when i wil have a lot of time; i will learn to put color and texture. really thank you. Which version of corel draw, do you have ? Quote
deres Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Glad that helped... corel is (my opinion) one of the most flexible graphics programs, it can import end export from and to almost anything. I often use it as support to autocad, hehe. Of course dwg can't be translated straight to swf, you need an indermidiate, and that's corel. Bird view can be made out of 3d models with autocad, yes. I don't know if those are made with autocad, but that doesn't really matter. I edited my post above, I use X5 suite cheers Quote
