pipe block i have creatd with visual states, need some help please

hello peeps,

 

I have created a block for drawing pipe work, I have applied some visual states for the different sizes of pipe, I have then added a liner stretch option to each end of the pipe so it can be stretched to suit. The problem is that I created the distance parameter and the stretch action on the smallest size of pipe, when the visual state is on the smallest the grips are visible to stretch the pipe, but if you select another size they disapear. The stretch is working for all sizes but you have to have it on the smallest visual state to make the grips appear again.

 

Can anyone help so that whatever the visual state is the grips are visible?

probably be easier if you had attached the file but try highlighting the grip then right click and select (something like) make visible in all states.
