rotate in a sketch, with copy, doesn't work

I use the rotate command with the copy option, i see the result, but when i press Done-it returns to the beginning, nothing happens.

I attach the file, i am trying to make a circular array of the 2 lines and arc, but first i want to copy and rotate them only 20 degrees.

Works here for me, but - you should

Circular Pattern of Features, not sketches.

This has been covered here before.

Do this experment-

while in edit sketch right click and select Show All Constraints.

Now do you see why you should create a simple sketch with a simple feature and pattern that rather than the sketch?
