drawing limits

my instructions were, "position the floor plan so that is exactly centered within the drawing limits set for a vertical size (ansi) c sheet based on a drawing scale of 3/16"= 1'-0". im not sure how to figure this out

ANSI C is 22"x17"....you'll be drawing in modelspace at 1:1...if you were to measure your 22"x17" paper with a scale on the 3/16"=1" side of the scale the dimensions of the paper in feet would read 117.33333333' x 90.666666666666'

 

so you'll type LIMITS...lower left corner would be 0,0....upper right corner would be 117.33333333,90.666666666 in feet...if its in inches it'll be 1408,1088
