aligning the arrow heads of a leader

using acad 2010. i know there an option to align the text heads in aleader, but i want the opposite, i want to align the arrow heads since i use itas constriction section

There may be an easier way but I use Object Snap Tracking.

but i cant use it inside other block and stractch it as i wish

Maybe I misunderstood your question. Can you take screen shots of before and after alignment?
