Open Toolspace. Go to the Settings tab. Right-click on the drawing name (top line). That will give you the Drawing Settings window, and there are probably other ways to bring it up.

Select the Ambient Settings tab. Expand the Station line. What I think you want to do is change the Station Delimiter Position from 1+00 to 1+000.

If that doesn't solve your problem, please elaborate.

Actually i'm new learner of AutCAD Civil 3D 2009, my drawing scale is meter, every thing i've set in ambient setting is meter, but when i make alignment its shows all chainages labels in feet. Please can you help me how can i get labels in meters.

The drawing units are inherited from the drawing level down to the label style itself. Is it possible that the units were overridden somewhere along that chain?

Another possibility. Go back to the Ambient Settings tab. The first item under Stations is Unit. Make sure that that value is Meter and not Foot.
