OS Master Map versus OS Vector Map

Good day to you all

 

I need to have a site map and a local map for planning application in London UK.

I have looked at what is available for the area I have designated. I will recheck that again to see if a smaller area vastly reduced the cost. My question is do i need an OS Master Map or an OS Vector map. a>
