Insert a block and it is disappearing!

Guys I seriously got confused now!

I deleted everything on the main file and I still have the same problem. I cannot insert any blocks in here.

It gets more weird when you look at the file size (10MB) after purging! there is nothing on this file at least visible and it is 10MB!

let me know your private email address then I would be able to send it across.

Sounds pretty weird, and sorry to belabor the point, but did you remember to include the HYPHEN before the purge command,

as ReMark suggested? It is substantially more powerful than the regular purge command, as it clears out REGAPPS.

Thanks for your comments. Yes I did "-Purge" it didn't work!

Does the block exist as a block in it's own file? If so, I would suggest opening the file, exploding the block, purging and saving (without recreating it into a block).

As I said there is nothing with the block. The main file that I want to insert a block in has a problem.

Stop using that file if it is corrupt. Even if you figure out why it is corrupt and think you have it fixed, you may continue to have problems.
