Check your SOLIDHIST variable setting, sounds like you want it set to 0 Enter SOLIDHIST at the commandline, to see what the current variable setting is, and if need be, reset it to 0. You should probably check out the PSOLID (polysolid) command, as it enables you to create a 3D wall like solid as easily as drawing a polyline. You can set the height and thickness, as well as the justification of the solid before you start drawing your wall, just follow the prompts at the commandline.
