dirtlegg Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 In civil 3d 2012...say i have a drawing but need to insert another drawing into it. How can I get all the layouts to come in with it also?? Quote
Organic Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 You can right click on the existing layouts and go 'Import' or something similar and then import each sheet individually. Also have a look at LeeMacs tab manager lisp program. There might be a way to do it in that. Quote
clepine Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Try using DesignCener. You can browse out to any drawing on your computer and insert layouts, blocks, layers label styles and lots of other things. Quote
jeremy2012 Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 -Right click an existing layout tab and select from template. (I have the template I use to start all new drawings saved as a .dwg file on my desktop for easy access. ) -Select your template or drawing of which you want layouts from. -If you want to import more than 1 layout from the existing file, just hold ctrl and select as many as you want.
