boyo
I have 6 windows drawn in a straight line and want to bend them, so they will fit the bay curve. Is there a way to align them along the curve. The windows are six separate objects.I think polar, array should work, and i will be able to multiply one window along the curve, hopefully precisely. Hoverer, is there a way to bend the whole thing or get it to run along the curve.

You will need to type that command, then choose block and click yes to align it. Of course, you will need to make the entity a block first. Then explode afterwords, if necessary. dumfatnhappy
divide works as well if you want them evenly space along a certain length of wall
Strix
there isn't a way to bend a straight line (as your windows will be made up of), well not that I know of anyway Array should do the trick for you wrt arranging standard units along a curve to construct a bay, but you'll need to get in and edit the joins between each frame I'd array 3 of them, edit the joins, then array the edited unit (as the start and end frames will have a different junction with the wall they butt up to)
boyo
Thank you for all answers. Measure wont work with blocks. The best way after all seems to be the polar array. I simply used the curve as a part of circle and center of the circle as pivot.Curve is 60deg of a full 360. Computer wont however fit all the windows inside. It took the begining of the first frame as a reference and the begining of the last frame as the end. So i was left with one frame sticking outside, along the curve and the need to increase curve lengh to the default+frame and the butt joint in order to accommodate the last frame. It gives you the option to choose block on the command prompt.
