I work in Texas and we don't submit anything without getting our engineer to stamp it first.Refer to the link I posted above. Now, your procedure may be true... but that may be either your company's policy, your engineer's policy, or the clients policy. Those three factors can most certainly override digital seals and signatures. Quote

I think it probably has to do with clients preferring the real thing over a digital one. I didn't mean to offend you if I did. Quote

The reason why I commented back is because in my office, we have a mixture of both. If we do anything for TxDOT, then it's wet seal and sig - period. Most of our other clients are perfectly okay with digital seals and sigs. Quote
