aizzaac
Hi gals and guys I work with a 0.1 text height (in the model tab). I want to have in the layout tab a 1.5 text height always. That is when the scale is 1:200, 1/50, etc. What do i have to do to achieve that? Maybe annotation scale. I am not pretty sure. Thanks guys
ReMark
Annotative scaling is one option. The other option would be to place all text and dimensions in your layout and not in model space.
RobDraw
If you have a piece of text that appears in different viewports that are at different scales, then annotative scaling is the say to go. That way you only need to edit the text once and have it change in every viewport. If the text only appears in one viewport and if you don't want to figure out what size the text is supposed to be for different scales, then paper space is the way to go.
