Dadgad
Try turning off your SNAP MODE (not to be confused with your OSNAPS), find the icon in the lower left corner of your screen, or toggle it with button F9.
jbgraphic
I don't have that on. Can dynamic input cause issues? Who uses dynamic input?
Dadgad
You can certainly toggle Dynamic Input on and off with F12, or at the icon on the status bar. Can you take and post a screenshot of your status bar at the bottom of your screen, which will show the status of all your toggles?
