Mtext (multiline text) height can be adjusted with properties, select the text, go to properties and adjust.

This assumes you aren't talking about an associative text style.

I don't use the ribbon so I can't help you there.

I am talking about normal multilane text.

Suppose I have 2 line texts. But i want to edit single line (text height)

How can I do it easily?

You would have to go into the Mtext edit, select (highlight) the text that you wanna change and then in the top of the mtext edit window put the height you want.
