I have More number of ".Dxf" files..I want to Convert this ".Dxf " File to ".Dgn" File format.Using CMD is it possible?? Or any shortcut idea?? please help..

I see you list AutoCAD 2011. Could you open the DXF file in AutoCAD and EXPORT to either a V7 or V8 DGN file format?

Hi Remark I have Microstation V8 Software only..Dont have Autocad..Using Microstation We can do anything for this convert ?

Maybe you should change your Profile then where it says "Using: AutoCAD 2011".

 

Can MicroStation import DXF files? I don't know as I do not have/use Microstation. Wait a minute I'll find out for you. I'll be back.

 

Well will you look at that. Seems as though MicroStation can import DXF files. Who would have guessed?

A person should know what file formats the software they are using can 1) Open, 2) Import and 3) Export.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think GlobalMapper can do this.

You might ask them and/or get a trial.

Sorry, I thought the OP was looking for a way to batch process a number of files automatically (based on the word "more" in the original post).

He very well might be in which case he can chose to use GM or perhaps write a script to handle the task.

Yup....Bat File is better For Automatic Conversion with more dxf....(DXF To DGN)..
