You're entirely welcomed. BTW...there is no reason to feel  as most of us, except JDM, were not born with an innate knowledge of 3D modeling.

Here is another one for you.

Sooner or later you are going to ask how one makes a cylinder. Maybe you have a piping job to do. No problem. Draw the inner and outer diameter of the pipe then use the PressPull command to give it height. Like this....

Just remember to pick between the two circles (note the "x"). Simple.

It almost looks like you subtracted for the larger hole then put a collar inside of it. Seems like two separate pieces.

I would give the same comment for the rebate around the whole thing, would union work on objects created by push/pull.

Try Union command.

or better yet.

Attach your dwg file here and end all doubt.

(3 pages and not a single dwg attachment by the OP? not a good sign of progress)

You have several solid bodies and the generating profiles.

Run the Union command to join the solids (follow the command line).

I recommend you create a Solid layer and a Sketch layer and move your solid to the Solid layer and the generating profiles to the Sketch layer, then turn off the Sketch layer.
