richard3009
When creating/defining attributes in a block editor, what determines the order they will be displayed in the "Edit Attributes" GUI when working on the drawing.
dbroada
The attributes used to appear in reverse order of picking the ATTDEFs when selecting the block items, but that was when you had to do . Now that you can do that may not be true. You could also WBLOCK the block and the order would be reversed again! It may be something to do with creation time but I've never studied it that closely. I *think* BATTMAN allows you to change the order.
SLW210
AFAIK, if the OP is using 2008 LT, BATTMAN is not available.
Tuns
They are displayed in the order that you make them. For example, if you make attribute x, then attribute y, then z, it will be displayed in that order.

steven-g
If the attributes are created inside the block editor, then it is the order they are created. If you create them in model space it is in the reverse order of how they are created if you use window selection, if you pick them individually then it is pick order. SLW210
I moved this thread to the AutoCAD LT forum.
