creating a pdf of a shaded 3D object

When I create a pdf of a shaded 3D object the pdf shows up with pixelated edges.

Is there a way to create a pdf of a shaded 3D object with smooth edges as it appears on screen?

Try saving / plotting as dwg to pdf not just pdf.

On PLOT command's dialog, check for Shaded viewport options area and under Shade plot pop-up list choose the style you want.

An advanced alternative will be to look for RENDER command.

I figured out a solution to my problem. You have to make your viewport size relate to the print size.
