Dadgad
Create a copy of your drawing upon which to experiment with the following suggestion. Open your copy, and use the EXPLODE command on the block. Once you have done that, you should be at liberty to do whatever you want with the different elements of it. Dadgad
You could create new blocks using the WBLOCK command, for which you should create new appropriate and descriptive names. Once it has been EXPLODED you cannot just push a button to reverse the process, although if you did it by mistake you could use the UNDO command. You will still have the original block in the original drawing, which is why I advised you to make a copy and work on it, lest the block which you were supplied become compromised or damaged. SLW210
If you want it to remain a block, then just open it in the Block Editor and copy out what you want.
Dadgad
I think that NCOPY would be another available option. I love that command!
Tuns
What about REFEDIT? I think that would work as well.
