muck
I am trying to setup AutoCAD 2014 plug in with out any luck. I have tryed it with Visual studio express and Visual Studio ultimate 2010 with no luck. I can't get the AutoCAD templates to aprear in visual basic without luck. I am interested in using VB.net with AutoCAD. So I would like start from the beginning so I have until all VS products and AutoCAD 2014 wizzards that work. Now, Where do I go to download: Visual Studio expression version that will work with AutoCAD 2014. (ie can I download a single file to a hard drive and install it form their?) AutoCAD API that will work with AutoCAD 2014? A tutorial that will tell me how to install both and get them working together with AutoCAD? BlackBox
I use both Visual Studio 2010 & 2012 Express, and the AutoCAD 2014 DotNet Wizards (scroll down), to develop all of my .NET apps published at Autodesk Exchange, without issue. While I primarily code in C# for the past few years, my VB templates are located here: %UserProfile%\Documents\Visual Studio 201#\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Basic\Autodesk HTH
