That's looking pretty good. I would move some of your dimensions though, so they're not on top of other dimensions. Like R4.0 in the top right quadrant.

The distance should be 32 as per the instructor's diagram. Override the dimension shown (the 31.4). The reason why it appears shorter is that the lobes are rotated 11 degrees. Verify it by typing DI (distance) at the command line then press Enter. Pick the center of the lobe on the left then when prompted pick the center of the lobe on the right. It should measure 32.

 

It is not a good practice to have leader lines passing through dimensions or dimensions sitting right on top of the geometry. Why? Because it makes it difficult to read. We should strive for clarity.

 

After giving the 32 dimension some thought it might very well be that the center to center dimension of the two smaller circles representing the ends of the lobes has to be longer than 32. In fact it would be 32,5989 or almost 32,6. If you do it that way when you dimension using Dim > Linear you'll get a true distance of 32. Sorry about that.

No, no, no. That is an Aligned dimension - it should be 32.

The 7mm dimension is wrong. (should be a vertical dimension, not an aligned dimension)

The 31.4 dimension is obviously wrong. (should be an aligned dimension, not a horizontal dimension

If you dimensioned the 54° and the 34° like the original the leader for the R2.5 would not be intersecting, which brings up another point (the original drawing is wrong), in general, full circles are dimensioned as Ø and arc as R.
