AutoCADBeginner Posted February 27, 2014 Author Posted February 27, 2014 Thanks for adding the picture and trying to help. Still very confused! Here are pictures directly from the text book. And yes, we are using Autocad 2014. Quote
ReMark Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 (edited) In my opinion the diagram in the book contains erroneous information. Edited February 27, 2014 by ReMark Quote
ReMark Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 (edited) I wasn't aware I was being rude. My statement means no matter what way you do it you won't be able to reproduce it exactly as shown in the book using the dimensions provided. Edited February 27, 2014 by ReMark Quote

AutoCADBeginner Posted February 27, 2014 Author Posted February 27, 2014 Thanks. Will check in a while. If it didn't get to me, my email is all small letters, I just noticed the I was a capital because I'm typing from my phone. Talk to you later. Have a great day Quote
ReMark Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Nothing bounced back so I think it must have made it. Quote
lrm Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 This is an awful drawing! Can you image trying to check the 0.390 dimension after the part was fabricated? As the Inventor version of the drawing that JD Mather made, several of the dimensions in the original drawing are wrong or redundant. Quote
