addesigns
Is there a way to password protect a project on the Revit Server without using addon or another software so that one from another office cant access a project they have no business being in or are not allowed access to because it is a security issue? MSasu
How about using a dedicated network share?
tzframpton
Is there a way to password protect a project on the Revit Server without using addon or another software so that one from another office cant access a project they have no business being in or are not allowed access to because it is a security issue?Currently there is nothing out there that allows permission levels for Revit Server. This is something the community has been wishing about since the dawn of Revit Server. How about using a dedicated network share?MSasu, Revit Server is not a "server" with Revit projects located on it, per se. It's an application-driven environment for the Revit Platform: http://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2014/ENU/?guid=GUID-4DE9A327-583E-40DA-81EB-1150D60E6887 Just clarifying is all.
