Coosbaylumber
Is there some sort of software to test a Drawingboard Three such that I can tell if the main borad s bad, the puck, the cables, or the driver. It flat does not work right now, quit overnight. Am on occasion getting an error message that Tablet driver (Version 1.9) did not load. Used to get this only when had not been turned on or calble came out. Now getting it all the time. If some sort of diagonistic software were available, that would help. The local former Calcomp Plotter repairman says there was such a software used by the company reps in the 1990's, but that was years ago and he only worked on plotters not tablets. Wm. ReMark
I was unaware of this type of software. I lost one drawing board due to damage to the internal network of very thin wires. The digitizer was under a window ledge one of our cats favored. Every time this "fat cat" jumped down off the sill she landed on my digitizer. I guess they weren't made for that kind of abuse! You could say it was CATastrophic! Sometimes I just crack myself up.
