Cant change sheet numbers on a section Marker Block...

Using Acad 2013, trying to use the new section line block tool. But when i double click on the default 'XX' to put a sheet number in....theres no option to change the text or edit.

I have never used it but it looks like the information will be put in automatically if you use it correctly. Have you looked in the help file for more information?
