Help me on 3d modeling

I need some hepl on 3d modeling. I don't know how to make surface. I have image of subject on pdf file and I must make 3d model. Who will hepl me?

First of all, you probably don't want a surface. A 3d volume would be more useful.

Use this PDF as an underlay. Recreate the shed detail as a polyline. Array it and add a bit more to complete the overall section. REVOLVE around the centerline. You're done.

 

It is actually pretty easy to model something that can be fully described in only two views.

Is this the affect you were trying to achieve?

It happens to be a 3D solid model as demonstrated by the section to the right.

Yes, it was created using the REVOLVE command.

Visual style = Conceptual.

 

Note: If you do not used a closed polyline profile then the result will be a surface not a solid which is what I think you ended up with.

What you failed to point out in your abbreviated response (with attached image) was the fact that in order to produce a solid and not a surface the OP needed to use a closed profile. As you see by the image that I provided, and accompanying explanation, I not only created a solid but proved it via the cut-away. Your response did not include all the pertinent facts and that is one reason the OP could not obtain the result he was looking for. BTW...I am not suggesting that you leave the forum. Understood?
