nscherneck
Hey all, I'm looking for a version of TruView that's compatible with Windows XP. I downloaded the 32-Bit version but the installer wouldn't run on my XP laptop. I read the System Requirements and XP isn't listed. I need TruView to convert design files from our engineering staff. Not sure which version they're using and I don't want to request them to save the files down.
MSasu
On Autodesk site you will find only the latest release, but chances are that if you contact your AutoCAD re-seller, they will be able to provide you with an older release.
eldon
The trouble with the older versions of DWG Trueview is that they will only be able to convert older versions of AutoCAD. One suggestion is that you sign up for AutoCAD 360. You can then upload any version of drawing to the cloud, and then download in a version to suit

rkmcswain
A full list of Free viewers / editors currently available from autodesk: http://usa.autodesk.com/support/viewers/ I wish they would quit advertising that Design Review can open and read DWG files. This confuses many people. What it does is open the DWG using DWG Trueview (if it's installed), and then TV plots the DWG to a DWF file (assuming the page setup is halfway correct) and then it sends the DWF to Design Review.
