Generally attachments look like the first picture, but in this thread, the attachment looked different.

hmm... so how about if I just do this...

 

Then it seems to look ok - the question is if it opens ok? Then it is a problem with Attach Inline.

Thank you so very much for all your efforts, that's really kind of you and I do appreciate it. I have tried to open it and unfortunately it is saying attachment not specified. Could it be because I have CAD 2011?

Try this one. Purged and audited then saved in AutoCAD 2000 file format. I don't know who or what corrupted the other file.

Sorry for the not instant response, but I had to go and walk the dog.

 

ReMark's latest attachment is good. Different to the one in post # 12.
