HELP:LISP to change color of text base on certain words including within nested block

Have tested it

 

1) if keyed in word is the first word of the sentence, it will be selected if not it would be selected

 

Also,can mtext be part of the standalone text to be selected as i have a mix of text & mtext in my working dawings.

Thank you TARAVWAT with amazing codes about this post.i checked your code and i had following error

may you correct issue💫

offcors apperantly one last parantesses missed and i added in the bottom but nothing to do
