Langers300 Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 Has anyone encountered this in Acad 2008. When I go to plot even though I choose a ctb file that's set up to plot all pens to black when I preview it displays in colour. At first I inadvertently did this without checking the preview and it plotted to colour. If however I cancel out of the plot dialogue and open the options dialogue and click a few tabs when I go back to the plot and preview it displays correctly. Is this a bug that I havent encountered before (I've been using 2008 for well over a year and not seen it before) The version I'm using is quite heavily modified and I'm wondering if its something to do with that? Any clues?? Quote
Rhayes Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 Have to checked in the Page Set up Manager - Is the "Display Plot Styles" box checked...??? Quote
Langers300 Posted December 18, 2008 Author Posted December 18, 2008 Yes display plot styles is checked out. In fact it doesnt make any difference if its checked or not the only thing that gets the preview and subsequently the plot to work correctly is to open the options dialogue box click on a few different tabs without changing any variables and then going back to the plot. I think its a bug thats been caused by the haevy modification of the Autocad enviroment used by the company I'm working for at the moment. I've not seen this before in over a year of constant use opf 2008 in my previous positions. I'm pretty sure its not a recognised bug as I cant find it listed on the autodesk site or any other forum for that matter. Quote
