Where do the Blocks go?

Where do they go? If I initiate a search it can't be found!

They should go to the folder where you opened your last drawing unless you've choosen a different location.

they go where you WBLOCK them to or they stay in the drawing.

I get into a pickle now and then that, leads me to a state of "Confusion"! A simple thing like adding a switch that can be moved from left, to right, and to center works the 1st time but I can't repeat it and end up with a dozen files. If I had more hair I would pull it all out.

I am handicapped, and am on Oxygen 24/7. It took the doctors 10 years to get around to figuring out what I had told them on day 1. So I don't have a lot of brain matter left to use. This AutoCAD is really hard to figure out what with the way that I am trying to learn it. I only have you guys, a text book, and a student copy of AutoCAD 2006. Forget trying to get Penn Foster's instructors to help me out. There just minimum wage IT's, maning a PC terminal.

We (if I do, I am sure other do too) know you have problems that we never want first hand knowledge of. You come on here and try to help yourself. For both those reasons I try to help you whenever I can BUT I have no idea what you were asking last night.

 

AutoCAD is huge, it takes time to learn. There are many languages spoken, I don't always understand English the way American's use it despite it being my native tongue. Therefore some days it will be frustrating. Stick at it though and you'll get there. You questions are already more advanced than they used to be!
