Adding a Prefix to a Attribute Tag

I have about 18,000 Lighting blocks.

I want to be able to add a Prefix to the attribute tag that exists in the drawings already.

Example the tag might say F-1234 and we want that to read CAS-F-1234 but change

All the blocks in 100 drawings. What is the best way to make that happen.???

The best way to make that happen is to use a custom lisp routine.

I need to add a prefix to the existing tag but still have the tag information stay.
