MarkFlayler Posted January 13, 2016 Share Posted January 13, 2016 You shouldn't disable it, as it is the selection filter that allows you to select objects obscured from view or difficult to select due to size. You can change how long it takes to pop up though. In your Application Options on your General Tab in the lower right is an area to control the wait time.
