madpj7
Hello, I am having a frustrating plot error (AutoCAD 2008 LT) that I haven't been able to pin down. The problem occurs when I am plotting to a physical plotter (HP designjet 500) AND when I attempt to plot to PDF. My best guess is that the system is low on memory (I got a "Windows low on virtual memory" popup today) but rebooting didn't help. Are there any work-arounds, if that's the case? This is the error message I get: Job: - Canceled Job ID: 2 Sheet set name: Date and time started: 1/2/2009 7:03:30 PM Date and time completed: 1/2/2009 7:03:30 PM UserID: Profile ID: > Total sheets: 0 Sheets plotted: 0 Number of errors: 0 Number of warnings: 0 Has anyone had (and been able to fix) this error before? Thanks in advance, -Joe and the Creative Life Designs crew
ReMark
Is there an additional HP/GL2 card installed in the HP DJ500?
ReMark
Has this happened before or is this the first time? Did you do a warm reboot or a cold reboot?
ReMark
We happen to have a HP DJ 500 and on ocassion experienced a problem similar to what you have described. What happens if you send over a test plot from within Windows itself?
