Rotated Dimensions and leader errors

I have one large drawing of a restaurant with 4 main rooms. My boss likes it when there is an enlarged floor plan near the elevation. On my main page I have the large floor plan and on each individual elevation page I have a close up of the wall that I am elevating from that main plan.

My issue has to do with the dimension leaders not looking right. how can I fix this. I would like the leaders to act as though the drawing is not rotated in the viewport.
