Trying to STL export a very simple geometry

Hey guys,

I am using AutoCAD to create a model for flow modelling. I am trying to create a box and put a circle on one face, then export to stl using STLOUT. The hole is meant to represent a fluid inlet. Unfortunately, it looks like STLOUT will only export a single solid. I tried using subtract to remove the "hole" from the box and hopefully generate a single solid, but it complained that the circle was not a solid or region.

As you can see this is a mind boggling easy geometry, but I'm missing some crucial bit of knowledge about how to actually make it. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Eric

I think you picked extrude faces instead of extrude. Enter EXTRUDE into the command line to be sure.
