DXE File Question

Hi All, Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here's my question:

 

I have a block for a parking stall and I wanted to count all of the parking stalls in my garage - across several floor plan files. For this I used data extraction to create a simple table just to give me a current block count across several files. Now returning to the garage several months later, I want to know which files are being referenced in the data extraction table. Anyone know how to do this?
