Lithium Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 What is the recommended way to move a couple hundred drawings to LT 2009? Well, let's just start with moving one. I tried just opening one drawing and plotting it, using Layout2 (which I have not previously done in LT 2000--I always just used Model space.) The main problem is 2009 complains that it can't find a plot file related to the printer I was using before I bought this HP K8600. How to get rid of that? Quote
rkmcswain Posted January 9, 2009 Posted January 9, 2009 Make sure you have the exact same PC3 file and/or system printer available to the 2009 install. Printer names are saved in the viewport starting with the 2000 version. As far as your "new" layout, remember that it was associated with 'something' when it started life as a template drawing... Quote
