Ahhh, looking much better. Now you need to create some light fixtures. Is that what those red boxes represent?

cheers RReMark, cad, there are radiant heaters.lol, its the lights I havnt a clue with, how do I go about making fittings etc etc

Depends on the type of light you want to make. If you post some images of the lights you want to use, I'm sure someone can give you some pointers.

well I think there will be some flourescent strip lights and some mega bright lamp holders (shaped like a cone) hanging from the main rafters

The strip lights would be pretty straightforward. Basically just a box and some cylinders.

 

For the cone shaped lamps, you will need to draw half the profile and then REVOLVE it.
