Problem with lines in diffrent planes

I have a problem:

after few days of working in AutoCAD 2008 i saw that the drawing i made

has an error. As you can see on the preview, some lines are in diffrent planes (the ones that i have red marked). How can i get them back to the "default" plane with other lines?

These past days i worked only in 1 Viewport, and as you can see, everything look alright (left Viewport at this image preview). But when i took from a diffrent angle i saw the mistake. This is just one example of the mistake, and they are all over my drawing.

Help please. Thanks in advance.

P.S.

I don`t know if this is the right forum, for this kind of question. If it is, please forgive me, i am a begginer on this forum, so i will need some time to see how thing work here.

You can use the "flatten" command to force the z value of objects to 0. So all will be on the same "z=0" plane.

I ran the "flatten" command. Then selected all lines (at right Viewport) that were not in X-Z plane (or X-Y if you are looking at the left Viewport). Then it asked me: "Remove hidden lines?" I said: "No". Then it took him a while to do this proccess. And at the end nothing happened.

Here is the code:

Command: flatten
Select objects to convert to 2d...
Select objects: Specify opposite corner: 311 found
Select objects: Specify opposite corner: 311 found (311 duplicate), 311 total
Select objects: Specify opposite corner: 210 found, 521 total
Select objects: Specify opposite corner: 210 found (210 duplicate), 521 total
Select objects: Specify opposite corner: 311 found (311 duplicate), 521 total
Select objects: Specify opposite corner: 311 found (311 duplicate), 521 total
Select objects: Specify opposite corner: 210 found (210 duplicate), 521 total
Select objects:
Remove hidden lines? <No>:
A vertex was added to a 2D pline (0) which had only one vertex.
A vertex was added to a 2D pline (0) which had only one vertex.

Where is the problem?

" isometric snap and iso planes" - what are those things?

Isometric snap ensures your lines are drawn isometrically when ortho is on . The various planes are just the direction of view in simple terms.
